Sourced from the fertile mountains of Colombia’s Cauca region, at elevations of 1,700–1,900 meters, this exceptional Indigenous coffee is cultivated with deep-rooted tradition by the Nasa We’sx community. A careful washed process preserves the purity of its flavors, allowing the medium roast to highlight its rich and inviting profile. Notes of smooth cacao and warm vanilla intertwine with a subtle nuttiness, creating a balanced and comforting cup. With a medium body and a lingering sweetness, this coffee is perfect for those who appreciate a brew that embodies both heritage and harmony.

Espresso Dialing Notes:
When dialing in, start with 1g less than your usual medium roast dose and adjust one step coarser than your standard grind. Maintain your usual coffee-to-water ratio. For this roast, my preferred ratio is 1:2.2.
