El Salvador Washed is made from Castillo beans grown in Apaneca, Ahuachapan, with notes of molasses bread with walnuts with cocoa in the finish. These beans are washed process at 1250 to 1550 masl to produce more complex flavors, bringing out a slight herbal lemongrass note.
