Grown in the Guji Zone of southern Ethiopia, in the Tuku area at approximately 2,100–2,200 meters above sea level (masl), this light roast reflects the remarkable clarity and complexity of high-altitude Guji coffees. The natural dry process brings forward layered notes of blueberry, ripe red fruit, honeyed sweetness, and delicate florals, finishing with a lively, elegant acidity.
